Walking and biking around Cape MayWashington Street
Stretching a little over a mile and a half from the west end of the Washington Street Mall to Texas Avenue, Washington Street is great for walking with shops, restaurants, parks, historic homes and the Emlen Physick Estate along the way.
Starting at the far west end of the street is the C-View Tavern. Reputed to be the oldest tavern in continuous operation in Cape May, the C-View opened as the Harbor House in the late 1800s. It became the C-View in 1917.
